Cancelled Orders

If you have placed an order you will receive a refund minus 20% restocking fee.

There are no refunds for change of mind. I.E not strong enough, wrong fragrance chosen etc. These are not reasons for a refund and do not make an item faulty.

All items are checked for chips, cracks and breakage before purchase. If you find your candle does have a chip/crack etc please make contact within 48 hours and we will exchange for you. You will need to supply images of the damage.

Non Candle Items - All goods are checked before they leave so please take care not to damage them accidentally. If it has been broken in transit you will need to work with us to obtain a refund or replacement. You will need to send us photos of the damaged/broken item and where possible return to us.

Wax products will only be exchanged if deemed faulty. A melt that is the wrong fragrance or not strong enough or too strong for your liking is not deemed faulty, so please choose carefully.

All costs to return an item are to be borne by the purchaser. Once items have arrived safely to Lily Grace Giftware, and if they are deemed faulty, you will be issued a credit for shipping the item back to us. You will need to forward a copy of the shipping documents for this to occur.
